These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Bricks Square Tech Infra through its Plot2Suite ecosystem. By accessing or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

Bricks Square Tech Infra™ provides integrated construction-related services through its Plot2Suite ecosystem, including:

• Plot2Design
• Plot2Permit
• Plot2Build
• Plot2PMC
• Plot2Turnkey
• Plot2Interiors
• Plot2Smart
• Plot2Supply
• Plot2Labour
• Plot2Loan

Services may be delivered through:

• In-house expertise
• Empanelled partners
• Approved vendors
• Associated contractors
• Financial institutions (for loan facilitation)

2. Nature of Engagement

• The Company operates as a consultant, coordinator, facilitator, and/or execution partner, depending on the selected service
• Certain services are executed through third-party partners, vendors, and contractors

The role of the Company shall be defined in project-specific agreements

3. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and authentic documents
• Ensure legality of property and identity documents
• Cooperate during project stages
• Provide site access and approvals
• Make payments as per agreed terms

The Company shall not be responsible for delays or issues arising due to client-side deficiencies.

4. Document Verification & Responsibility

• The Company may review documents such as:
  • Title deeds
  • Encumbrance Certificates (EC)
  • Approvals and permissions
  • KYC documents

Important:

• The Company performs facilitation and preliminary review only
• It does not certify legal ownership or title authenticity
• Responsibility for document accuracy lies solely with the client

5. Approvals & Regulatory Dependencies

• Approvals and permissions are subject to:
  • Government authorities
  • Local regulations

The Company:

• Assists in processing and coordination
• Does not guarantee approval or timelines

6. Execution Through Partners & Vendors

• Certain services (including interiors, smart solutions, supply, labour, and loan facilitation) are delivered through:
  • Empanelled partners
  • Vendors
  • Labour contractors
  • Banking/financial institutions

Accordingly:

• Execution responsibility lies with the respective third party
• The Company acts as:
  • Facilitator / Coordinator / Platform provider

The Company is not liable for:

• Performance issues of third parties
• Delays caused by vendors or contractors

7. Labour & SFT-Based Services

• Labour-related services may be provided through Associated labour contractors
• Pricing may be based on:
  • Square Feet (SFT) packages
  • Defined service scope

The Company may charge:

• Service fees
• Coordination charges

8. Loan Facilitation (DSA Model)

• Loan services are provided through:
  • Banking partners
  • DSA (Direct Selling Agent) associations

Important:

• The Company assists in:
  • Documentation
  • Application processing

However:

• Loan approval is at the sole discretion of the financial institution
• The Company does not guarantee loan sanction

9. Payments & Commercial Terms

• Payments shall be made as per agreed terms or selected package
• Services may be:
  • Package-based
  • Milestone-based
  • SFT-based (where applicable)

All payments are subject to:

• Refund & Cancellation Policy

10. Timelines

• All timelines are indicative only
• Delays may occur due to:
  • Government approvals
  • Vendor/contractor delays
  • Site conditions
  • Client-related factors

11. No Guarantee Clause

Bricks Square Tech Infra^™ does not guarantee:

• Government approvals
• Loan sanctions
• Exact timelines
• Third-party performance
• Market or external conditions

12. Intellectual Property

• All designs, drawings, concepts, and documents created by the Company remain its intellectual property, unless otherwise agreed
• Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited

13. Confidentiality

All client information and documents are handled with strict confidentiality, as per the Privacy Policy.

14. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for:

• Third-party service failures
• Approval rejections
• Financial losses due to external factors
• Errors arising from incorrect client information

15. Termination of Services

The Company reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate services in case of:
  • Non-payment
  • Misrepresentation
  • Non-cooperation

16. Modifications to Services

• Scope may be revised based on:
  • Project requirements
  • Technical feasibility
  • Regulatory changes

Such changes shall be mutually agreed where applicable

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Hyderabad, Telangana.

18. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or engaging our services, you:
