Choose Plot2Permit service for building plan approvals, documentation, and government permissions required before construction.

Plot2PMC offers Project Management Consultancy—quality checks, progress monitoring, technical audits, and cost control for your construction.

Plot2Interiors covers complete interior design and execution, modular kitchens, wardrobes, lighting, ceilings, décor, and finishing.

Plot2Supply provides trusted construction materials - cement, steel, aggregates, tiles, and essential building components.

Plot2Labour provides individual contractors for specific works —civil, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc. charged on a per-square-foot basis, with our service fee included.

Yes. Plot2 services are flexible and modular, but some are bundled by default: Plot2Build automatically includes Plot2Supply + Plot2Labour, so you get materials and labour along with construction execution. Plot2Turnkey automatically includes Plot2Design + Plot2Build, giving you a complete design-to-construction solution. Other services like Plot2Interiors, Plot2Permit, Plot2Smart, and Plot2Loan are separate and can be added individually based on your needs.

Yes. Bricks Square Tech Infra is a fully compliant organization. All and statutory taxes are included in the quoted price. No extra taxes are charged.Yes, Bricks Square charges applicable taxes as per the regulations in your region.

Yes. Typical warranties include:

• Waterproofing: 5/10 years
• Anti-termite treatment: 5 years minimum
• General construction: 1 year
