Ms. Etike Sloka is a Co-Founder and Group Head – Strategy & Legal at Bricks Square Tech Infra^TM, representing the next generation of leadership and contributing to the organization’s long-term strategic direction, governance framework, and women-led growth vision.

Following the passing of Late Architect Etike Roopa Pradeep in 2024, whose vision laid the foundation for integrated architectural and construction services, Ms. Etike Sloka stepped forward to carry forward and strengthen this legacy. Inspired by her mother’s commitment to innovation, professionalism, and design excellence, she plays a key role in shaping the company’s future with a focus on sustainability, ethical governance, and progressive leadership.
